This Privacy Policy explains how Tummy Time: Sensory Play (the “App”), operated by Sanctuary Digital (Marc Philipp Hansen), handles your information. We built the App to be privacy-friendly by design.

In short: the App has no accounts and no servers of our own. The information you enter — your child’s first name, age range, goals, and your progress — stays on your device. We never receive it.

1. Who we are

2. Information stored on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us — we operate no backend that could receive it:

Your child’s first name (used only to personalise on-screen text).
Your child’s age range (one of four bands, e.g. 0–6 months). We never ask for a date of birth.
Your selected goals, available materials, and daily time preference.
Your activity history, streak, and earned milestones.
App settings such as language and appearance.

Deleting the App removes this local data from your device.

3. Third-party services

The App uses a small number of third-party services. These receive only what is described below, never your child’s name or the on-device data above:

Apple & RevenueCat (subscription management): your subscription status and an anonymous identifier, used to unlock and restore your subscription. Payment is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details.
PostHog (product analytics): anonymous usage events and basic device/app information, used to understand how the App is used and improve it. No names or child data are sent.
Sentry (crash reporting): diagnostic information when the App crashes, used to fix problems.

4. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We deliberately collect an age range rather than a date of birth, and we do not collect any directly identifying information about a child beyond an optional first name stored only on your device.

5. No selling, no advertising

We do not sell your data. The App contains no third-party advertising and no advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the App. Data held by the third-party services above is retained according to each provider’s own policies.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information, and to object to certain processing. Because we hold no personal data on our own servers, most data is under your direct control on your device. For any request, contact us at info@familyjourney.app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
