The App’s content is informed by publicly available pediatric research from sources such as the Cleveland Clinic, the Harvard Center on the Developing Child, and the American Academy of Pediatrics. It is provided for general information only and is not medical, developmental, or professional advice. It is not a substitute for guidance from your pediatrician or another qualified professional. Always consult your pediatrician about your child’s development, health, and any concerns.
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the App or its content.
The App, its content, and its illustrations are owned by the provider and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
